Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing a customer sees, before your website. We set it up properly, grow it and protect it.
A person reviews your Google listing, your website on a phone and the businesses that outrank you in Austin, then replies within one business day.
A one-minute film on how Austin customers decide now, with sourced numbers. The chat answer and map pack are illustrations.
Where do Austin customers look first now? Now they ask. An example question to an AI assistant: who is the best plumber in Austin for a burst pipe today? The AI answers with recommendations, and it recommends the business it can trust: clear business facts, real reviews and helpful pages. 45% of US consumers used AI tools like ChatGPT for local recommendations in 2026, up from 6% a year earlier (BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey 2026, 1,002 US adults). When an AI summary appears, people click a regular result in 8% of Google visits, versus 15% when there is none (Pew Research Center, July 2025). Google Maps still decides who gets the call: distance, relevance and prominence decide the map pack (Google Business Profile Help). We fix what AI and Google both read: your Google profile, real reviews and helpful pages, so AI can recommend you and customers can book. Examples from accounts our team has worked on, not Austin clients: JTC CPAs, a US accounting firm, grew from 0 to 285 organic clicks a month in 16 months, with 28 keywords in Google’s top 3 (Google Search Console and case study data). Auto King, in Australia, ranked #1 on Google Australia for “mobile mechanic castle hill” on October 6, 2026, with 166 keywords in the top 3. The evidence
When almost every customer reads reviews, and most want four stars or more and recent proof, your Google profile is your storefront. It has to be complete, current and trusted.
Included
We create or claim your profile, choose the right categories and help with Google verification.
Services, service areas, hours, attributes, products, photos and questions: every field Google gives you.
A simple review request process for happy customers and professional replies to every review.
Regular posts, offers and photo updates so your profile looks alive and trusted.
If your profile is suspended or changed, we help you prepare the evidence and file the appeal. Outcomes are up to Google.
We check how your listing appears from different parts of the city, show you what we find and explain it.
Rules that protect you
Google expects a business shown on Maps to be real: a genuine address customers can visit during stated hours, or a legitimate service area if you travel to customers. Mailboxes and virtual offices can get a profile suspended.
We set up what is true for your business, and we will tell you if a shortcut would put your profile at risk.
No one can pay Google for a map-pack position, and no one can promise one. We improve what you control and report what changes. Google decides local rankings by relevance, distance and prominence.

Reviews
Ask real customers soon after a real job, with a direct link that takes one tap. Never offer a reward for a review, and never ask only the happy ones.
89% of consumers expect owners to respond. We reply to every review, thank people by name, and keep answers short, specific and calm.
For a negative review, we respond politely, offer to fix it offline and flag it to Google only if it breaks the rules. A good reply often matters more than the review.
Keeping your profile safe
Visibility checks
Austin is a large metro, so a business can show up in the map pack for searches in Hyde Park and be invisible for the same search in Round Rock. Where the searcher stands changes who Google shows first.
That is why we check your listing from several points around your service area, not just from your front door. We show you the pattern, explain why it looks that way and tell you which gaps are worth closing.
FAQ
It is the work of making your Google Business Profile complete, accurate and trusted so you appear in Google Maps and the map pack when customers search nearby. It covers categories, services, photos, reviews, posts and your website link.
We review why it was suspended, gather proof that the business is real and file the reinstatement request. Google makes the final decision, and we will be clear about the odds.
If customers visit you, yes. If you travel to customers, you can hide the address and list a service area instead. We help you choose.
Only reviews that break Google's policies can be removed, and we help flag those. For fair but negative reviews, a calm, helpful reply works best, and 89% of consumers expect owners to reply.
Weekly is a good rhythm for most businesses. We handle it so your profile always looks active.
Profile fixes can show movement in weeks. Competitive map-pack spots usually take several months of steady work.
Never. Fake or incentivized reviews can get a profile suspended, and they break the trust the profile is meant to build.
